Teia took her first official steps this weekend! Or rather, her first step, several times. She's been half-stepping for a few days now (that is our official term for taking one step with one leg but then falling when attempting to move the other leg). But over the past weekend she has managed to get each leg going and take a real step before she either falls or decides that is far enough and lowers herself to the ground. She is pretty determined. During one of our walks today while I held one hand, she deliberately extracted her little hand from mine so she could take a step on her own. We're very proud of our little Peach! And we think she has her brother to thank for her precociousness. She is really, really motivated to keep up!
